Thoroughly assist with italics and conduct lessons."

Today is a day with very strong winds.

On such days, when riding, the instructor usually opts for safety and conducts a relaxed lesson in the indoor arena.

It's a thoughtful gesture, considering the risk of injury to seniors, and I'm truly grateful for the indoor arena sessions.

Recently, I read a book by Nakamura Tenpu, which I briefly mentioned before. Wow, I was amazed.

There are such brave people out there. And it made me reflect on myself.

How one's mindset can shape their life. (I won't add "maybe" to that statement.)

Even my simple (I won't use the term "simple-minded") brain was greatly stimulated.

Reading what Mr. Tenpu wrote and transcribing it onto report paper was all I did,

but it seems my brain has acknowledged it (I won't say "seems to"; it has acknowledged it).

What was latent in my subconscious became conscious, lightening my heart and dissolving the tension in my shoulders.

Feeling energized, I started reading the "Pelvic Power" by Franklin Method, as mentioned by Mr. R.

In terms of breathing techniques, the pelvic floor is crucial. I believe the key to achieving the correct riding posture lies in relaxing this area.

It's about "keeping the flame of creative desire and passion burning in one's heart, regardless of age," and

"whenever we set a goal, we should aim for self-improvement, not just for our happiness but for the happiness of others as well, a broader meaning that must not be forgotten."

I realized that this is what it means to carve out one's destiny. (My heart really feels lighter!)
