"The cherry blossoms are nearing the end of their peak, gradually transitioning to green leaves. It's in these moments that I truly feel the changing of the seasons.
Recently, I heard a fascinating story from my breathing instructor.
He suggested that when the cherry blossoms are about 20-30% in bloom, I should go and stand beneath the tree.
If I can see the tree's roots spreading across the surface of the earth, I should take off my shoes and stand on them barefoot.
Apparently, this allows me to feel the tree's energy through my feet.
And when the cherry blossoms are in full bloom, the focus shifts to simply enjoying their beauty with my eyes.
Absorbing the energy of the earth (qi) through my feet and spreading it throughout my body,
I don't usually go barefoot very often, but I think I might try it."
