"Increase the happiness hormone, serotonin!"

Since the end of the year before last, I have been suffering from severe health problems throughout last year.

One reason seems to be the decrease in female hormones due to aging.

I've done some research on my own and found something interesting.

I focused on compensating for the decrease in serotonin. Serotonin, the happiness hormone secreted by the brain, decreases,

leading to feelings of depression and a lack of motivation. (Indeed, I experienced severe depression.)

To activate the brain, it's important to improve gut health, which in turn helps increase serotonin production. I understood this connection.

Looking back, my gut health was terrible the year before last.

To improve it, I learned breathing techniques and relied on my specialty, aromatherapy. The scents of aromatherapy, absorbed through the skin, soothed my body and mind. Especially ingredients in clary sage and frankincense have an impact on the mind.

Since I can't always spend time at home with my aromatherapy, I carry a portable aromatherapy roller for such days.

On this trip, I'm using a portable aromatherapy roller to regulate my body's rhythm, and in my daily life, one to support female balance.

When I have a moment while out, I apply this aromatherapy roller to my neck.

I wonder, could this increase my serotonin levels a little?"
