I will be going on a trip to Mount Yatugatake, so I need to adjust my physical condition in advance.

It is a muggy morning as usual.

The day after tomorrow, it doesn't seem like we can expect clear skies.

It's my first time at Mount Yatsugatake, and I want to fully enjoy the scenery and the air...

Yesterday, before going for an outdoor ride, I decided to warm up my body by riding at the equestrian club.

Since it was in the evening, there were many bugs, and I could faintly hear the sound of thunder in the distance.

Due to the subtle breeze and for safety reasons, the lesson took place in the indoor arena.

It was all my fault, but my riding lacked concentration.

Even the basic things were pointed out to me.

Regarding the three gaits (walk, trot, canter), I was unable to give the horse clear instructions that would be properly conveyed.

I was advised to become aware that my unconscious movements are confusing the horse.

The delicate relationship with the horse becomes very important.

One of my bad habits is that when transitioning from canter to walk, I tend to relax my seat and become too light. At this point, I absolutely need to make my seat heavier and let the horse feel my weight.

In the saddle, my legs must be firmly placed, as if I'm firmly planting my feet on the ground.

By riding like this, sometimes I unintentionally make the horse continue at a half-hearted, quick pace instead of transitioning to a steady

walk.

It's all my fault...
