Yesterday, after riding in Mito, I decided to visit the Nepal market.
I am currently very interested in breathing techniques and meditation, so upon learning that they had Tibetan singing bowls, I made my way to the Nepal market.
It was my first time seeing a Tibetan singing bowl, and it was quite large. The owner played the bowl for me,
and I was lost in the depth of its sound and the variety of tones for a while.
The resonating sound in my ears was incredibly comforting. Indeed, this must vary from person to person.
I started meditating on my own. From now on, meditating while listening to these sounds seems like a good idea.
Before I knew it, quite some time had passed.
It was already dark outside.
Then, I headed home via the Joban Expressway.
It was a little moment of happiness.
