"I feel a bit of a cold coming on, and I'm about to ride a horse."

Lately, due to the fluctuating temperatures and daily fatigue, I seem to have caught a cold. My body feels unbearably cold.

I've tried drinking ginger tea, which really seems to warm me up.

Today, despite feeling unwell, I decided to go horse riding. There's a reason for this. When I'm under the weather like this, my body doesn't muster much strength, resulting in a more relaxed riding style. From my experience, this often leads to a better form of riding.

Sure enough, the instructor complimented me, noting how relaxed and good my riding was. (It seems that not forcing myself actually helps me relax.)

Being unwell is uncomfortable. It would be nice if I could relax more naturally.

Living naturally is difficult. (Someone sang a song about that once. They were right.)

I wonder if there will ever come a day when I can ride naturally? I might never reach that point, I thought.
