Last year, due to health issues, I had to take a break from horse riding.
During that time, I decided to incorporate scalp care into my autonomic nervous system care regimen. By widening the pores of the scalp,
expelling accumulated dirt, and allowing fresh oxygen to be absorbed, it circulates throughout the capillaries of the entire body.
I've been continuing with this scalp treatment for about a year now.
I'm speaking from my own personal experience.
It might sound unbelievable, but:
- The volume of my hair has increased.
- For the past few years, I had felt a slight numbness in the middle and ring fingers of my right foot, possibly due to clogged capillaries. That numbness has now decreased.
- My skin has become fairer.
It seems that after turning 40, capillaries naturally tend to get clogged. But with the scalp treatment, oxygen flows more freely to the brain, and it feels really good.
It indeed appears to have a positive effect on the autonomic nervous system.
I've always been aware of absorbing expenses, but I hadn't fully grasped the concept of expelling the toxins from those expenses.
So, this is what it was like... It feels so good.
