"About Aromatherapy and Hormonal Balance"

A few years ago, I fell ill and started to seriously face my own health.

I began to think that the cause of this "undefined malaise" might be due to my hormones.

I have reached what is referred to as the senior age, with my estrogen levels dropping (or maybe they're already depleted).

I have spent nearly a year with almost no serotonin.

My friend goes to a clinic to get hormone injections, but I have a resistance to that, and have been searching for a different method.

Therefore, I've been thinking about using aromatherapy, which I learned while staying in the UK nearly 30 years ago, as a natural way to

adjust my hormone balance.

At that time, I was very pleased to learn that there are schools and courses in Japan that are knowledgeable about such things.

So, I immediately requested information. The material arrived last night.

There were various courses and while I didn't delve into the content, there was one thing I clearly understood.

That was the high cost of the course. It was shocking.

I realized that I am far from the path of taking that course, obtaining a qualification, and starting a practice at home.

That's when I felt the power to try to do something about it myself.

Instead of relying on my old books, I decided to acquire the latest information and gradually deepen my understanding.

I ordered "The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy."

It is an English version, but I feel like I can find the answers I'm looking for.

"Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time."

I weakly vowed not to give up easily!
