Having a wedding ceremony at The Peninsula Hotel."

In November of this year, there will be a wedding at the Hotel Peninsula.

But, I should clarify, it’s not my wedding. (Of course.)

A young colleague from the office is getting married, and as the representative couple from the office,

we've been invited to attend the ceremony.

I myself am quite fond of hotel lunches, and I've visited the Peninsula several times. However, since it's a wedding this time,

I decided to call the hotel to arrange things like kimono dressing.

I can wear a visiting kimono by myself, but around that time, I'll be changing my beloved car Ai-chan to White-kun, and driving to

the Peninsula in an unfamiliar car while wearing a kimono from home makes me uneasy, so I made a reservation for dressing.

My husband has a driver's license but is a worse driver than I am, so his driving skills have a pretty bad reputation among the family.

Nevertheless, he likes to drive abroad, so I just let him do as he pleases. (I know, it sounds condescending!)

Now, having been relieved that I could make a reservation for dressing at the Peninsula, I was also recommended to get my hair

and makeup done. I heard it is affiliated with S Uemura.

Is that so? Well then, please arrange that as well.

I wonder what kind of hairstyle and makeup it will be? I'm looking forward to it!

Last time, I asked for hair and makeup at the established Hotel O, but it was different from what I wanted.

It seemed they aimed to maintain the dignity of the long-established hotel and lacked modernity.

It was a dignified setup, but it was not to my taste.

This time, since it’s S Uemura, I'm hoping for something a bit more playful and relaxed.

Thanks to the young one’s wedding, it seems like I'll be able to have a pleasant time.

Congratulations on your wedding, Mr. Y…
