I've just received a book I ordered and decided to dive into it in the cool hours of the morning.
It turns out that very few people are deficient in estrogen, rather, many women are lacking in 'progesterone'.
As expected, there are pros and cons to hormone therapy.
In the end, I decided to go with my own approach. I'll balance my mind using essential oils derived from flowers and plants found in nature.
'Geranium' - this fragrance is incredibly soothing. It might even help reduce stress.
'Neroli' - I often use this essential oil, especially when my mind feels chaotic.
'Frankincense' - With its citrus aroma, it's easy to get used to.
'Clary Sage' - This scent may not be everyone's cup of tea.
Regardless, I take my time to allow the aroma to enter my body through my nose, skin, and scalp.
I've always been deeply intrigued by how the components of these plants impact our bodies. In a way, I've always been a bundle of curiosity. Thanks to this, I've been able to enjoy not only the aesthetic pleasure of arranging fresh flowers but also the mental maintenance from essential oils derived from them.
I'm also deeply immersed in tea, including Japanese tea, black tea, herbal tea, Taiwanese tea, and rooibos tea.
It's a daily realization that we live through the various benefits offered by plants and tea. As we reap these blessings, let's strive to keep our beautiful earth as clean as possible...
On a side note, be careful not to expose yourself to afternoon UV rays when using citrus essential oils! It can cause spots. (Just a heads-up!)
