"Create a mind map to reflect on yourself."

I used to enjoy horseback riding, but I was completely unguarded when it came to body care before and after riding. One day,

the balance between my mind and body went completely off.

A few years ago, I ended up spending almost a year without being able to ride a horse at all. I submitted a leave of absence.

My eldest son at home scolded me terribly. He said that I wasn't taking care of my body for a sport that uses all the core muscles, like horse riding. My mind was in chaos, and I didn't know how to deal with it. I had no sense of the seasons for that year. (I have no memory of it!)

So, I decided to look back at myself using a mind map. (This is what's positive about me.)

What I learned was that while my body was tired, I was more suffering from brain fatigue.

I also studied seriously about the relationship between the mind and body. The muscles all over my body (whole body fatigue) were stiff. With such a body, it's impossible for only the mind to relax.

That year was a tough one, but it was a year of learning. I learned about the human body: the cervical vertebrae (7), thoracic vertebrae (12), lumbar vertebrae (5), sacrum (5), and coccyx. (Am I becoming a chiropractor?)

I also expanded my knowledge about breathing techniques to relieve brain fatigue. In particular, the cervical vertebrae were

affecting my brain fatigue. Lastly, I made an effort to balance my autonomic nervous system with the aromatherapy I'm good at.

Thanks to the tough and painful year, I deeply realized the importance of body care. If it weren't for that year, I don't think

I would have been able to devote myself to gymnastics and breathing exercises with concentration every day.
