"Before starting the pelvic exercises, there was a preliminary practice."

I ended up being overwhelmed with work during the three-day holiday.

Well, with the tax filing deadline approaching, I managed to complete various documents

and sent them all to my accountant via Letter Pack, which was a relief.

Lately, I've been reading and pondering over a book on pelvic strength, which I find quite challenging.

To better understand it, I've also prepared a book with photos and illustrations.

I've come to understand that certain preliminary exercises are necessary to loosen the pelvis.

  1. Loosen the shoulders. It seems starting with tense shoulders won't do.
  2. Loosen the waist. That makes sense to me. Place your hands on the lower back, between the ribs and pelvis, where the lumbar spine is, to loosen the waist.
  3. Calm the mind and let energy flow throughout the body.

These are the preliminary exercises.

Having practiced breathing techniques for three years, I've gradually come to vaguely understand what it means to let energy flow, though I think it might take time for some to grasp this sensation.

After these exercises, it seems we can start with the pelvic exercises.

It's a long story, isn't it?
