The day after it snows, utmost caution is required when driving a car.
From years of experience, I've learned to refrain from driving the day after it snows.
Having had my fair share of bitter experiences, I've come to understand the difficulty of driving on snowy roads and realized that one
should never underestimate snow.
Now, unable to go to the place I was supposed to visit, I decided to use Zoom instead (which is fortunate).
And since I saved on travel time, I tried to continue reading "Pelvic Power," but it's hard to progress as it involves expanding my imagination to places like the pelvis, which I cannot see or confirm accurately with my own eyes.
I can somewhat understand the sacrum and coccyx, but when it comes to the sacroiliac joint, I find myself wondering, which one is it?
It's supposed to be between the ilium and the sacrum...
I started reading, thinking that understanding this correctly would definitely improve my riding posture and method in horseback riding, but now I'm stuck. It's troubling.
As mentioned before, I've finished reading a book by Nakamura Tenpu and have been practicing it daily, but I'm not sure if I'm doing it right. So, I'm stuck again.
But, for now, I plan to continue on my own. One day, somehow, some form of help might come, or I might suddenly realize,
"Ah, this could be it," even if it's just for a moment.
I'm groping in the dark, but strangely, I'm not anxious. I have this baseless conviction that I will eventually find my way out of the darkness. (How optimistic!)
